Common Questions about Airport Transfers (QA):
How far in advance should I book?
It is recommended to book at least 7 days in advance. During the Spring Festival holiday, it may be necessary to book more than 14 days in advance.
How is the cost calculated? Can I add a stop?
The cost depends on the pickup and drop-off locations and the type of vehicle (Comfort/Luxury/Business). If there is a stop during the transfer, an additional charge will apply (for example, about NT$300 within 5 kilometers), and extra charges will apply for additional kilometers.
How do I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify by contacting customer service via LINE, providing your phone number or passenger name. Usually, cancellations made 48 hours in advance can receive a full refund, but if canceled within the deadline (such as within 24 hours), the deposit will not be refunded.
What time should I fill in for the drop-off?
It is generally recommended to arrive at the airport 2-3 hours before the flight departure. For example, for a flight at 10:50, it is recommended to arrive by 08:50, with pickup time set at 08:00. Please adjust the arrival time flexibly during holidays or consecutive days off.
Will the driver wait for me at the pickup? What if the flight is delayed?
The driver will actively monitor flight status. If the flight is delayed by 2 hours, please contact the driver to update the actual arrival time. Most services usually include 70 minutes of free waiting time; a 2-hour delay will incur overtime charges (starting at about NT$300 per hour) or may require rescheduling the vehicle. If not notified, it may be considered as automatic abandonment.
Where do I get picked up?
Usually in the designated pickup area of the airport arrival hall. The driver will contact you when you land.
How is the charge for child safety seats?
According to regulations, children under 4 years old must use a safety seat. An additional charge is required when booking; if not reserved, it may not be available.
Can I request a specific driver?
Usually, it is not possible to request a specific driver.
Can I eat in the car?
Generally, smoking, chewing betel nut, or eating is prohibited. If the vehicle becomes dirty or has an odor due to violations, you may be responsible for cleaning fees.
