全線採用合法 R 牌九人座商務車(含一般商務車、V-Class、Alphard等),確保您的極致乘坐空間。 (Airoota exclusively uses legal commercial 9-seater vans, including standard business vans, V-Class, and Alphard, ensuring ultimate spaciousness for your ride.)

依交通法規,大型行李須放置於後行李廂。九人座車款空間寬敞,但若人數與行李數量明顯超出安全承載範圍,為顧及行車安全,駕駛有權拒絕服務。 (By traffic regulations, large luggage must be placed in the trunk. While 9-seaters are spacious, drivers reserve the right to refuse service for safety reasons if the number of passengers and luggage clearly exceeds the safe carrying capacity.)

若需增加停靠點,5 公里內酌收 NT$ 200,6-20 公里依實際距離報價。為確保行程順暢,超過 20 公里之停靠,或「未於線上提前預約」的臨時增加停靠點,恕不提供服務。恕不接受當場臨時變更行程(Pre-booked extra stops within 5km are NT$ 300; 6-20km require a custom quote. For a smooth journey, stops over 20km or unreserved, on-site extra stops are not permitted. On-site route changes are not accepted.)

距離原乘車時間 24 小時前,您可以透過 LINE 官方客服免費修改訂單,或取消訂單並全額退還 NT$ 300 趟次保留訂金。 (Free changes or cancellation with a full refund of the deposit are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.)

為保障已為您保留檔期的專屬司機權益,於乘車時間 24 小時內「取消訂單」或「大幅更改時間導致原司機無法承接」,將不予退還 NT$ 300 預約訂金,該訂金將全額補貼給出車司機。 (For cancellations or major changes within 24 hours, the NT$ 300 deposit is non-refundable and will be entirely used to compensate the driver.)

若遇颱風等不可抗力因素導致「航班取消」,請出示證明,Airoota 將全額退還訂金。若航班未取消但您決定不搭乘,全額退款期限為預約服務時間前 6 小時。若因平台不可抗力無法履行服務,賠償上限為退還全額訂金,恕不負擔衍生之行程損失。 (Full refund provided with proof of flight cancellation due to force majeure. If you choose not to fly despite no cancellation, refunds must be requested at least 6 hours prior. The platform's max liability for service failure is a full refund of the deposit; indirect losses are not covered.)

承諾給予您最安心的派車體驗。我們最晚會於接送前 12 小時,透過 LINE 官方帳號發送「專屬派車確認信(含司機稱呼、車牌、電話)」。司機亦會嚴格落實「出發前 10 分鐘主動聯繫」。 (Driver and vehicle details will be sent to you at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled service. The driver will actively contact you 10 minutes before departure.)

自航班「實際落地時間」起算,司機將免費等待 70 分鐘。超過 70 分鐘後,每 30 分鐘酌收 NT$ 300 待時費(實際落地起算最多等待 120 分鐘)(90 mins free waiting after actual landing time. Overtime: NT$ 300 per 30 mins, up to a maximum of 120 mins.)

自預約時間起算,司機將免費等待 15 分鐘。超過 15 分鐘後,每 15 分鐘酌收 NT$ 150 待時費(從預約時間起算,最多等待 30 分鐘)(15 mins free waiting after scheduled time. Overtime: NT$ 150 per 15 mins, up to a maximum of 30 mins.)

若超出上述最長等待時間上限且無法聯繫上乘客,司機將自行離開,視同乘客單方面取消,NT$ 300 訂金將作為司機空趟補貼,不予退還。 (If uncontactable after the max waiting limit, it is considered a no-show. The driver will leave, and the deposit is non-refundable.)

預約後請於 24 小時內支付 NT$ 300 保留訂金,訂單方為成立。尾款請於乘車現場支付給司機。 (A NT$ 300 deposit within 24 hours is required to confirm the booking. The balance will be paid on-site.)

全程含合法乘客險,並可提供代僱駕駛電子收據,保障您的乘車權益。 (Legal passenger insurance and digital receipts are included for all rides to ensure your safety and rights.)
